All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted and payment processed.

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
• We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order

Delivery

Delivery Service

We offer complimentary UK delivery on all orders. Each collection in your order can be sent to a different recipient address at no additional cost.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from order confirmation
• Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day
• Weekend and bank holiday orders are dispatched on the next working day

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations.

Gift Wrapping & Presentation

All our collections are beautifully presented with complimentary gift wrapping. You may include a personal message for each recipient during checkout.
